Definitely not trying to pump this thing, just saying seems like a value play right now, I wouldnt be recommending to buy it when it gets above 20 cents again. Always better to buy cheaper now then for more later, also wouldn't chase this thing up, just gonna sit and wait and let it come my way.
it's a really risky play, the ceo is risky, China is risky, a break below the 200 sma is risky. Calculate your risk tolerance and make your move.
