All of the JV information was out when the share price was 15c two weeks ago.
This sort of unusual market support before a spec oiler announces a CR is a common event. No different to acknowledging that the price will run before the spud, and will probably drift after the spud.
Market behaviour repeating itself decade after decade.
You can’t question if it happens, because it does.
Just why it happens.
