    Another factor coukd be Tanzania govt approval for the farmout. Example below of some type of farmout that took 2 years to get approved.

    HE1 and Sofori are waiting on NHE to get the drilling underway. So maybe a capital raise is quicker than getting Tanzanian govt approval if needed for the farmout who knows.
