Great plan! I had to sell my house in late 2021 as open-plan houses aren't great once the kids get a little older. Turned out to be a great move, inadvertently timing the top of the RE market and then adding that capital into a range of lithium shares, almost all of which have been good to me (including AGY). I'm fortunate right now as my job provides rent assistance for my home in Sydney, covering about 70% of the rent. But I've agreed to cash in and buy another house before my eldest hits high school, hence the need to sell in mid-2025.
