ASX indexes rebalance announced tomorrow after trading. IMU is at risk of being removed from the 200 in my opinion, it certainly doesn't meet the MC requirements in the last quarter, although removal is not a certainty on MC alone.
This could explain some of the recent downward pressure on the share price. It's not always positive for liquidity when a stock is removed, though one potential positive for holders is that there is usually less stock for shorts to borrow from institutions also.
The IMU share price has lost 75% of its value since ASX200 inclusion on 20 December 2021. My super index fund's performance will welcome its removal.
