It's hard to imagine a bull market developing from here but perhaps the debt ceiling resolution is just the fuel for that. The large cap tech stocks have had their run - perhaps it's the turn for the biotechs to go risk-on!
It sounds crazy given all the uncertainty around but here's one chart I'm watching that's giving off signals of a possible turn ...
