Yes I have just spoken to somebody who is well versed on such matters and this person said that it sounds very dodgy.

YA Global (or any of it representatives) should not have access to or be privy to the voting on proxy forms or otherwise at this stage.

How did they get hold of this information so that they could cold call our shareholders ???

Hmmm I wonder ??? Who else has this Information Hmmm ???

Major conflict of interest going on there.
