The guy who fleeced shareholders by achieving nothing but raise capital with Cannpal (CP1), did nothing but draw a salary while he was CEO of Auscann (AC8), hung around there just long enough to get paid by shareholders throughout a stint on to MAFS, and then slunk out the exit with the CSO (Margaret Curtis), the two of them paying the company the grand sum of $1.00 on their way out the door to snatch control of 52% of the company's only remaining viable asset, which was divested into a Special Purpose Vehicle for their enjoyment.
