The good news is that drilling in is now imminent. There was a two week gap between the first government well (which was completed in late March) and the spudding of the second government well (which spudded mid-April). So let's hope the same gap now!
According to the 25 May announcement, the Sherrit rig was released from the second government well last Sunday (21st of May), so approx. 12 days ago. The camp was also supposed to be completed this week, so the drilling crew should now be on site. All going well, I would hope we could spud by very early next week (preferably the weekend if possible). I suspect we should get an announcement tomorrow or early next week. I hope tomorrow, to build FOMO over the weekend!
