    This MoU wasn't signed by the mines minister, it was signed by the infrastructure minister. Infrastructure are roads, rail, transport, that's why it's a belt and road initiative. Can you explain to me why you think this is good for CAY? We might get a rail upgrade out of this, but that's about it in my opinion.
