Jeremy has an employment contract of $200k per annum and share reward of

• 5,000,000 shares at $0.015 (TRANCHE - A) unlisted options
• 5,000,000 shares at $0.02 (TRANCHE B) options
• Minimum 6 month employment
• expiry date 3 years.

So for those that question specifically BOD holdings, our BOD aren't really being rewarded like many other BOD's are. But if they achieve ROI for investors then they are rewarded too. That is when they actually start to earn.

This is how Jeremy operates from my understanding of him. "We all are rewarded as one (as holders)".

My understanding is that the previous / older BOD's received allocation of shares recently but I don't think Jeremy did as his targets aren't met yet.

So if there is ever an incentive for a director to hit some growth Jeremy has a target and onwards to meet for all of us to go for the ride with him.
