I don’t think AAU intend to issue any of the shortfall options. Why would they? It’s peanuts and the idea of the options was to reward current shareholders proportionate (1:3) to their holdings.
I put my hand up for any shortfall, but I understand I may miss out to avoid the unnecessary dilutive effect.
