Amusingly, when the placement completion PR arrives today and the new shares are issued, Insignia’s 5% won’t be above 5% anymore thanks to the dilution (unless they’ve participated - which would be a very good sign!). If they haven’t participated, Insignia will shortly be filing a Ceasing to be Sub notice to its shareholders. A good thing while it lasted perhaps lol
