Let's wait and see, experience tells me that results can be confusing/ambiguous at times. I am hopeful and confident about the potential results, I know that exploration is about eventually proving failure so that one knows the limitations of the discovery.

The data so far proves that we have a large discovery, how big will take some time to prove. AP will be eager to get this moving and oil flowing so that funding the future development/appraisal is possible. We could end up with some new venture partners of financing either private or state based. Cuba is on the Belt & Road initiative, we could probably get state based lending for the project development. What we have will be essential to their energy security and probably provide some export revenues.
