Long term holders have every right to feel aggrieved, but there is arguably value here and the Board have skin in the game which I always like (I am on too many companies that Boards excessively award themselves and employees too many diluting awards ahead of profitability - a common US tech trend that takes its toll on the share price).
Expect it to bounce in the next day or two's trading myself.
