CEIP project is actually development ready, DFS and post DFS done, have resource and reserve, required licensed achieved such as Mining Lease, can be said that on the balance sheet, they actually have an an asset that can be commercially realised through spin it off or start producing it. The market value is considered quite low compared to net equity value, or to commercial value of non- current assets that are easy to realized. Also, the insider holding is strong and healthy, that Sentient holds and directors been accumulating company’s stock heavily last three years through market trade.
