That chart says that this company ain't making as much as it use to.
The other chart to look at is met prices which says BHP assets ain't making as much as it use to.
Putting the two together, this company can't afford to pay as much as it might've and the assets they're after aren't worth as much as they have been. The offer prices should be lower.
