Excellent!!! This is exactly what was alluded to at the AGM. Now wait for some additional shoes to drop.
TON's failure to achieve progress on the ground for such a long time has not encouraged Mozambican authorities to be of more assistance with NH and CP. They are doing what they reasonably can but TON really needs to start moving earth at Ancuabe before NH and CP can be finally resurrected.
But it has to be said that everything on that front is going in the right direction.
