My opinion is based on the evidence the company has provided, it's track record, and my knowledge of the science, the scientific process, and the medical field.
Perhaps you should have said your ‘limited’ knowledge of the science given you don’t work for Mesoblast or the FDA after all and based on what you have posted on here you don’t specialise in the stem cell arena
