There have been weaker spots, in line with the market but I think it's what I said. The heavy hitters in the market, the insto's, respect the maturity (balanced + honesty/decency) in the way it's being developed.
Note, this is not what I usually see at this market cap. I suspect it reflects a hole in the offerings in the market after a long fallow period in U.
I'm in PEN as well, have been for a decade, it's much more sensitive to trading/speculation. People who buy would/should play to their own strengths (if they know them!
