They needed to maintain a minimum $1.5 million as part of the loan deal. So, looks like they are considering the possibility of further delays to Vali 2 and Vali 3. Otherwise, $1.5 million should have been enough for a couple of monthsWhy raise at 20% discount (while the share price is low) if V2 and V3 are going to be online in a month.
