Not a good look in this announcement, are they really serious?
If Resolution 3 is not passed the Company will not be able to proceed with the issue of the
Lochtenberg Shares and the amount of the Equity Raise will be deceased by US$1.4 million. This may
adversely impact the Company’s ability to implement the funds in accordance with their proposed use.
