The only indicator that seems clearly reliable is the "Paulo17 meter." That is, when the PPK SP is rising Paulo17 is basically mute, however when the PPK SP is falling Paulo17 rediscovers his curious voice and sees fit to rubbish this stock. His meritless commentary offers nothing but baseless humour for all other readers and contributors. He's like a piece of film in a darkroom. Only comes to life when the light is red.
