Putin did the old bait and switch with the Russian people.......end result many of the smartest Russians have left and are leaving Russia, he's set back the economy and country decades and turned Russia into a pariah state,tens/hundreds? of thousands of Russian men dead or maimed with hundreds of Russian widows created daily.
