The positive is they are not looking to buy an asset.

The corporations act 2001, allows shareholders certain abilities.
3rd July will be D-day for me and a few others.
As i highlighted on a previous post the 249d process can start. And still gives them a fair window to complete all negotiations on a transaction and put to shareholders without a need for a 249d (and a 203d if needed).
But the process has to start and will be started. There are ample holders to do this now. If Gilbert and Tobin need a handful of people to go to their Local city office (They have offices everywhere) to conduct a 100 point ID check then so be it, but I doubt it will come to that.
