Yeah, don't know what he was getting at - really not relevant to SYA anyway how PLL would choose to raise capital (other than I wouldn't want them to dump their equity holding or for that matter sell it to any (potentially hostile) 3rd party wanting to acquire a 19.9% stake in SYA.

But the question was asked. I answered in context of the present CR by SYA for Capex spend on SYQ only - as other aspects are not relevant to capital structure of PLL - which I think is just fine (and you want partners strong balance sheets).
