IMO the German investors have done alot of due diligence and know the HPA industry well, to me this is a big stamp of approval of the project and if everything goes to plan it will be a big money earner for IPT for many decades.
They know alot more then what your average investor knows, as lot can be announced until it is proven or is too price sensetive.
ITP is like what the Lithium producers were proir to Lithium boom just some penny dreadfuls with big ideas and look where they are now, multi billion dollar producers.
