the AWE offer expires 9/7/10
what will the share price drop to if sharehoders dont take up the 40cps offer ?
holding out very well so far with he help of GS by the look of the sub holder notices - maybe Obama's comments re the BP disaster will raise the less risky onshore gas price and make ADI more attractive ?
even so if AWE quits or the bid expires the sp is unlikely to exceed 40cps - is it ?
is there really more than 40cps intrinsic value in ADI ?
