looking at the history of over asx takeovers or substantial holders the inclusion of a director in the board along with a holding of 19.99% makes me think it is only time before either a) takeover offer is announced or b) shareholding increases inline with creep provisions.
Regardless a few substantial holders to navigate who might push for a decent price to ensure strong returns for their funds etc
