My understanding is that MSB is not allowed to advertise off label use. That more or less leaves trials having to be done and approved apart from some doctors deciding to use it on their own volition.
As far as I know no updates have been given once Amy got head hunted. Maybe MSB is happy to get royalties if others do things meanwhile.
Enforcing patents may be a thing down the road.
