Cup and Handles are a bullish continuation pattern, not a bottoming pattern.
Technically this looks rubbish - it's in a 3 year downtrend. Usually I'd want to see a 6-12 month base before considering buying based off of technicals - however I've taken a punt on this one as I've been watching it for years and feel the fundamentals may have put the low in now.
