My hypothesis is the Down South sand purchase is the subject for a "potential legal claim" by major shareholder and the royalty holders (Muchea vendors.).
Company statement for current suspension omits the Down South purchase text.
Tubby & Co seemed to engage in a high stakes game in respect of the purchase - its timing, its outcome.
They lost the vote so the game was lost too.
Now come the ramifications of playing high stakes and losing.
