But apart from that - is your issue that they didn't tell us of all the illegal activities happening in the DRC? Is that their responsibility if as it looks more and more evident the transaction itself was illegal?

How about the fact they essentially got us ready to mine the biggest asset? They didn't succumb to bribery, they secured the biggest battery maker as a partner, they completed a capital raise at the right time... Quite a few positives for a non-holder to comment otherwise? why is that? #mentalhealth
