    It depends on the administrators IMO.
    It could be used by Li Metal to make Lithium Metal from Carbonate.
    The process can also use recycled material so quality might not be a major factor, meaning those old bags and pile of carbonate.
    Li Metal did say they were going to use locally sourced carbonate.
    The customer chain feeds through to Mercedes Benz currently for their buses.
