    Sorry I will explain it to you like a five year old.
    Why couldn't they buy shares at 3 cents, 4 cents or 5 cents ?
    Why did the seller set the price of the RSH shares at 6 cents USD which equates to 9 cents AUD = 158% premium to daily share price?
