    I think you will find that when you do your tax return you will be paying 1.5 cents tax

    5.0 cents less 1.5 cents = 3.5 cent div

    3.5 cents less 1.5 cents tax = 2.0 cents is what you really get, which will be subject to your personal tax rate.
