The really disappointing thing is that this has been a repeated behaviour of Marc. Look at the last 2, at least for memory , CRs.
We can bang about it as much as we like, but to me it’s time the top brass at IMM got a very clear message from retail that this is pretty poor form. FWIW I will be sending a message. I know already the response, but hey, it needs to be said.
