shareholder approval

Shareholder approval has yet to be sought for the mooter/hotshot acquisition.
75% of hotshot shareholders must agree also before this amazing opportunity can proceed between Peter Jermyn and his son, and mooter can then give hotshot $1,000,000. as per the deal.
Actually if they don't get on with it there will be no $1,000,000 left at the rate these dudes pay themselves.

still I'm sure they will surprise us soon, with something with a little more mojo than Blink Martingale, he is so last week, just my opinion, and don't forget about that research thing, do it!
