It's an interesting question. What if the share price were 10c I wonder if there would be such pressure on a share consolidation? As you know I'm in favour of one, somewhere around 50-100:1. But I wonder if we were trading at 10c, would be as big an issue?
The MC is currently around $75m and I'm guessing the company should have around $25m in the bank at the end of June. If the company were to buy back 20-40% of the SOI over the next year (spending all that $25m presuming no SP increase buys back 33%) and a monetisation occurs after that (i.e the effects of that event are multiplied by a lower number of SOI) then I can see a SP above 10c. With say 3bn SOI a share price of 10c is a MC of $300m.
A profit of $50m would support that valuation. 2022 saw a $15m profit.
Might be dreaming, a lot, might take a couple of years, but the possibilities are there.
