Dunno so much.

Because it is so attractive for SEQ, the difference in shareholder value outcome, between this deal closing and not closing, is significant.

Frankly, from the outset I had my reservations of it proceeding in its initially-announced form - based on the standpoint of "If something sounds too good to bet true then that's because it probably isn't true".

Even after today's update, I'm still harboring niggling doubts ; the only time I'll be certain about it is when SEQ has the cash from the sale of Morrisons ensconced firmly in its hot little hands.
