Yarra Capital Management Ltd inherited 62,731,874 IFL shares from Nikko AM Ltd on 12 April 2021.
34 million shares out of the 62 million inherited has an average cost base of $3.36 per share. Since April 2021 Yarra Capital sold 28 million shares at an average price of $3.45 per share, leaving 6.5 million shares at an average cost base of $3.00 per share.
I can't see any reason why they would sell any more shares under $3.00 as that is their cost base, unless they want to drive down the SP for others (ie. their associates) to acquire more.
