I agree. I thought Seafort did very well, even when asked if a break was required given the lengthy questioning he responded that he is in the hands of how the court wished to proceed and he was happy to continue. As Seafort mentioned at one of Borski's multiple attempts to get a statement that he was effectively a puppet to JK, he responded that there were contributions from other directors including Hart and himself, but that JK was the MD. I say again though, this is a long and tedious approach digging into the VISA cancellation when as a shareholder my frustration lies with the fact we were suspended quite some time before VISA popped up as an avenue for the regulators to explore. Seems very much like an attempt to get post-event justification for action taken.
