Wanted to get people’s thoughts on the Redox listing. There’s been lost of talk about it in the AFR recently and I think it has played a role in the DGL SP coming off.
They are hoping to get a NPAT multiple of 14.5x upon floating.
The higher the multiple, the better for DGL in my opinion. They are being compared to several global peers.
What are people’s thoughts? Can they genuinely impact DGL’s ability to continue to take Aus/NZ market share?
I believe market may be fearing this to be the case.
I also wanted to note that DGL is trading on less than 10x historical P/E at present. Market is basically pricing in F all growth into FY24 and FY25.
Anyone have a range they believe FY24 n FY25 NPAT could come in at?
