that is the problem, small caps havn't been moving on the points you mentioned.
but i disagree that companies should move forward at all cost.
the 2 most recent successful asx open pit gold miners CMM and GOR, moved forward and progressed their development, from further drilling into FID and all into rising valuations... not falling.
assuming another $40mil spend is needed to get to FID then another final raise for the equity portion of debt financing assume $90mil. are you honestly happy with the strategy of move forward at all cost?
