anything is possible - if the new management / holders actively trim costs and return to their margins back in 2017/2018 a rerate could happen but that will take time.
considering the substantial investors needing returns for their funds - I feel a takeover is likely in the next 12-24 months. at what price or even if this does happen is the key questions to understand and consider.
