    Sellers increasing. There is a worry in the Market Place about the BAM CAPEX and the OPEX. CAPEX for BAM has probably blown out 100%.Going forward there is going to be large increases in OPEX IMO some 40% to 60% from now till 2030.Manufacturing in Australia is a risky business.
