Cmon you should know the rules of the Corporate World there isnt any, an why you may ask because the Corporate World of Lawyers wrote the laws...so if any company signed a Price Sensitive Document say at 9am in the morning, then they could all go out for a big brunch enjoy the day then hand over the Documents to be released to the company secretary who does what they are told to do and as long as they have released said documents that same day no legal position has been compromised, welcome to the BEOT were the Corporates always rule, but you would know that yeh.
