"Why would the Russians flood an area that has great economic potential?"
Why would Ukraine flood an area of great economic potential they are confident of gaining back?
Why would Ukraine potentially kill it's own citizens, leave 400,000 homeless and not evacuate areas beforehand?
Why would Ukraine blow up one of the remaining routes over the Dnipro river in the region when it's trying to take back the area to the South?
We've been told for months that Russia had the dam mined, and Russia had control of it when the damage took place. Surely there's CCTV of the artillery or air strike causing the damage if Ukraine did it?
How about we wait and see? It could've also possibly occurred due to accumulated damage and lack of maintenance.
