If the plug had been pulled on KLL then they would have to announce that to market immediately. They are simply not allowed to say that the market has to wait until June 20 (or beyond). I suspect that an "operational update" does not mean "end of operations" - it is more likely to be a restructuring of finances and that can take time to draw up the legal documentation. Sorry to burst the bubble for the non-holders and naysayers.
