Yeah i still remember exactly where i was and what i was doing that day in oct 2020 . It did hit me pretty hard . Really did not time things at all well from then to now . SP ended up way below what i thought it would . Ended up putting in a lot of fresh money late last year and early this year . I do know how it feels if things go wrong . We could see some delays but the inspection report that is due may settle market jitters if no major issues . Really think that would have been addressed at time of inspection if we had any problems and we would already know . If report comes in next few weeks with clean bill of health i think there will be no delay . Just my opinion but i think it is sound logic
